Providing access to clean and safe water is our line of work, at Opportunity Two Excel Foundation. Some communities in rural and semi urban areas in Ghana still struggle to access clean and safe water in their homes. Children and women take the journey by walking long distances to access basic water for everyday use. They mostly rely on the rivers, ponds, streams, for their water needs, but these water bodies are often polluted and poses serious health risks.
Contaminated water leads to numerous waterborne diseases, affecting the well-being and quality of life of our people, especially the children. In recent times, the pollution of water bodies in areas affected by illegal mining (Galamsey) is of great concern to local people. At Opportunity Two Excel Foundation we are committed to addressing this critical issue. We aim to provide a sustainable solution by bringing clean and safe water to the door step of every home.

- Hole Bore: By drilling Bore Holes with mechanisms to distribute water to the specified geographical area.
- Treatment: Working with Expects to utilize rain water for treatment for safe clean water.

Our Plan:
- Survey and Planning: Conduct thorough surveys to identify the best locations for drilling wells.
- Drilling Wells: Engage professional drilling services to construct deep wells that tap into clean groundwater sources.
- Installation of Hand Pumps: Equip the wells with hand pumps to make it easy for community members to access water.
- Community Training: Educate the community on maintaining the wells and promoting good hygiene practices.
- Treatment: Working with Expects to utilize rain water for treatment for safe clean water.
