Dr. Esther Sarpong serves as the Health Coordinator at Opportunity Two Excel Foundation (OTEF), where she oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s health programs. With her strong background in medical science and public health, Dr. Sarpong ensures that OTEF’s health initiatives are evidence-based, community-centered, and aligned with national health priorities. She plays a critical role in coordinating health outreach programs, screenings, and education campaigns aimed at improving the well-being of vulnerable populations.
