Mr. Kwasi Michael Offei is an accomplished Public and Local Governance Administrator cum mediator with over 30 years’ professional experience in. He rose from the position of Administrative Officer Class IV in the Ghana Civil Service and retired as Chief Director of the Ministry of Defence. During his working career, Mr. Offei held several governance and management positions including Municipal/District Coordinating Director for eight MMDAs; Human Resource Management Director at the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council, Director, Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, being appointed Chief Director of the Ministry of Defence. Upon retirement, Mr. Offei was appointed as Director, Subvented Agencies Reform Programme, of the Public Sector Reform Secretariat of the Office of the President.
